Mehmeti has some history of behaviour issues in his career, I'm not saying that's why for sure, but it seems obvious that the situation is nothing to do with football or form.
It is either a personal problem with Sylvinho or the federation.
Official reason given by Silvinjo in the press conference is that we have left wing covered. Looking at the list, there is Hoxha and Bajrami at lw. This time Muci is not there. Often times all 3 are called up at the same time, so this time with Muci being dropped, deff no logical reason not to call up Mehmeti. Also total bullshit about left wing reason as Mehmeti can play right wing too. He’d rather play Broja out of position there again and Asani as backup. There is a lot of fluidity in modern football where a player like Mehmeti for example can play lw, am, rw with no problem, so deff feels like the Mehmeti issue goes way deeper than this.
