Atleast Gripshi is a new player in the fold. Maybe he’s a gem in the rough.

What’s not acceptable is when you know certain players are amateurs but have a starting position locked and end up captaining the team in occasion (Manaj).

Gripshi is a good player and could easily play in Turkey, Romania, Poland or Czech leagues .

For Albania It's a problem because the attack is an issue. The front 3 of Hoxha-Manaj-Broja are not giving you anything. They are even struggling against Gilbraltar and Latvia.

Can't be a technical reason for 2 years. Mehmeti has grown a lot since then and he's doing fantastic in a difficult league like the Championship. If Silvinjo can't even use him in a friendly v. Gibraltar or Jordan, then when is he going to play? Anyways I believe Silvinjo will be gone once these qualifiers end. A reset will be needed in 2026 and I'm sure Mehmeti will be involved again then.
