Arsenal have wingbacks that are pacey, provide alot of width and constantly bomb up and down the pitch . It opens up the field of play for them when in possession and are able to create attacking opportunities from the width.

Wingbacks are probably the most important position in a formation with three in the back.

Watch the Arsenal game everyone and see how much better this 523 is . It’s night and day compared to Reja . Then again Reja is stuck in the year 2000

----------Strakosha

Hysaj Kumbulla Gymcity Balliu (until we find a worthy lb)

---------Gjasula

Roshi Bare Kallaku Uzuni (Grezda)

---------Broja

that's probably the best team Albania can field

Djimisiti will fight with Ismajli/Dermaku for that spot

Broja with Kamberi (and potentially Cikalleshi if he plays at his club)

Midfielders can rotate based on the opponent.

That LB situation is bad though and Balliu might be an amateur.
Tbh, I'd go with a back trio of Kumbulla - Ismajli - Djimsiti, because it fits exactly with their skillset. Djim is LCB at Atalanta, and Kumbulla can play RCB.

I wouldn't even bother with Gjasula or any DMs tbh. Dude can do basic passes, but he's not a creator. Just play Bare/Kallaku in midfield, and let Kumbulla/Ismajli/Djimsiti handle defence. That's an awesome trio. During counters just move one of the CBs up high like Atalanta.

-----------Strakosha
---Kumbulla--Ismajli---Djimsiti----
Hysaj----------------------------Don't Care
-----------Bare--------Kallaku-----------
-------Roshi----------------------------
-----------------Broja------------------
If there is one thing we can probably all agree on, is that 3-5-2 is not for us. It just kills us on the wings as we don’t have any wide players who can attack and defend well. I wouldn’t mind trying 3-4-3 as it covers our wing issues, but could leave some holes in cm.

I assume one man is off with the customary red card :zgerdhimje:

I agree with you that the group of midfielders are a bunch of scrubs and unproven players but when do the experiments stop?
If Kallaku starts for Lokomotiva Zagreb, then how is he "unproven"? He moved on from Superliga, because he was clearly way too good for that league.

He played 3500 minutes last year, what injuries?
He was injured a few times around the time of the NT games, that's why he's been out.

Now either we find a good technical cm OR if we don't, maybe we can try one of the center backs as a DM and push Gjasula and Bare up top.
The only player who has “earned” his spot is Abrashi.. I believe it’s dangerous when we start awarding permanent spots to scrubs like Bare and Gjasula who only know losing. Klaus is bit more useful in my scheme due to his size but he has been terrible nonetheless.

Where has this theory that Bare and Gjasula benched Xhaka and Abrashi even come from? The reality is that Abrashi is still a no doubt starter for us and Xhaka left the NT on his own.
All of our CM's are scrubs, no question about that but right now only Bare and Gjasula are playing decent to start. Gjasula actually has been playing very well, except for the last game v. Lithuania. I think he's as close to a Kukeli as we will find right now. I think Abrashi is just a pitbull, we need a third cm who has more finesse and technique. Then let Abrashi and Bare fight for that other spot, can't have both playing together, unless its against a top team. Xhaka is still part of the NT, but has been out due to injuries.
