Great additions. Hadergjonaj is a tremendous upgrade for them an overall solid player, will become one of their top 3 players instantly.

I wonder if they play Sadiku in the midfield or as a CB.

This farce with Vallci just proves how much of a mercenary mentality our diaspora players have. It's insane, none of them are actually proud to play for their country. They just switch over if they don't get game time, and then if a better team wants them they're gone like the wind.
If he had a chance of playing for Switzerland Hadergjonaj wouldn't have even looked at us. Same with Rashica with the Euros situation and Meha etc etc etc. Its something about the diaspora, maybe they're disillusioned with their birth country, maybe they don't care about their birth country, but it is something and it's endemic in Kosovar origin players.
This guy committed to us then said he needed time to think, few weeks later ends up on Austria's roster. Ridiculous. Absolute farce.

Most players in general will select the best country/club. They want to win, they want to make the big competitions (euros, WC) which will help their brand, resume and future outlooks. Make no mistake if Strakosha could switch over and play for England he'd do it in a second.

At the end of the day Albania and Kosova will accept these diaspora players because they're much better than the local players. If the domestic players were good enough they wouldn't need to count on the likes of Hadergjonaj. And if hypothetically the Albania/Kosova NT were better than Switzerland then the diaspora players from there would play for us since we are better in this hypothetical scenario.

But this is next level. Committing to a team then not answering phone calls/ending up on Austria's squad list a couple weeks later. I'd expect players at least to feel some sort of affinity to their home country.

Kosova's attack is so much better than us. Wish we had Rashica and Zhegrova.

Montenegro is missing more than half of their team including their coach who apparently is boycotting the match and still it's a fairly even match. Could go either way.

Some of the serbian players and the coach (like dallku mentioned) did boycott the match for Montenegro. How insecure are they?

Furthermore, the captain for Montengro today was Beqiraj. Obviously they did it to save some face but Montenegro looks like an even bigger mess than us with the whole racism incident towards Sterling/England and now this. Serbs mix politics and football to the next level.

It's obvious now Challandes is not the coach who can qualify Kosovo. I have noticed the games were badly prepared by Kosova, the staff haven't localized weak points of opponents. The likes of Jankovic and Vesovic looked like Modric and Perisic, while we failed miserably to use the physical strength of Muriqi. Kosovo has more quality and potential than Montenegro, Bulgaria but doesn't have the coaching to be successful in this level. Kosovo can win matches by individual quality of players or opponents brainfarts but it's clear this team has no idea how they will attack, how the ball will end in the legs of Rashica,Celina or Zeneli to finish action. If Kosovo will lose against Bulgaria, we will fight to not finish the last one in group. I don't think Kosovo will have chance against North Macedonia on Nations League with this coach.
