DB needs to put Roshi up against Evra. We can't beat them in technique, but Evra is older than time itself, and he won't keep up with Roshi. I remember even Dallku abusing him for pace.

They know its not group stage wer u get a return leg. Every1 here gives 110% if we dont pressure and try to maintain a bit of possesion not only well loose but well concide more then 3 goals each game.
Of course it works, parking the bus works better in a knockout competitions than League or qualifying group play.

We're gonna park the bus no matter what, it just depends on how deep we park it and how often we break in numbers. And it's absolutely the way we should play. We do not have the players to maintain possession in the opponents half, cause as soon as we lose possession the opposing team will have a clear goal scoring opportunity (look at our recent friendlies).

Also, as most third place teams will advance to the round of 16, getting three draws will most likely get you through. Thus making parking the bus a more plausible tactic.

What a goal by Payet... What a match he has had. Romania has also looked really good, this will be a very tough group for us.

But thats the problem the way db parks the bus is that he drops too deep. I'm not saying we should have an attacking formation but we should play like romania did.

Agree with this. There is defensive football(like Romania played today) and that's how most small teams/underdogs play. What we play though is too extremely defensive.

Our lone striker is inside our half of the pitch playing as a CM.... Nuff said.

That's true, if we park the bust like we did against Portugal we will lose and it will look terrible. But if we press defensively and counter-quickly we don't need possession. Romania had only 35% possession but were dangerous cause they created chances on the counter. There's no reason we cannot do that, in the 1-1 friendly we had similar possession to Romania (38%) and even had more shots on goal. It was just a friendly but still.

Romania were interesting and played quite a high line today. They were alright, nothing special but they missed a sitter in the first and had a great chance in the beginning of the second. Great goal from Payet in the end the difference
