ALBANIAN STARTING ELEVEN??

With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Plako and Dallku, where did I say he wasn't right? I am objecting the stupidity of calling out Albanian dirtyness/caotic urban planning and to compare it to Grozny, obviously the second one will come out as the winner since the whole city is new. It hardly tells anything anyway, I could name 100 things we have better than Chechnya.
The selfhate is evident.

This is what Migjeni said and there is nothing objectionable about it let alone self hating.
Migjeni wrote:Nobody ever mentioned the 'attractiveness' of Chechnya. I'm just stating that their infrastructure, urban planning and cleanliness is much better than ours. There's really no discussion when it comes to that.
.

What are we supposed to do? Bury our heads in the sand towards our crappy infrastructure?

I agree with you on this one. It's like this on every damn topic on this forum. "We suck because we're stupid and lack discipline".

Many Albanian cities have their own beauty. Inb4 someone uses a city like Kukes or Peshkopi to try and prove their point that Albania is a dumpster lol.

But saying that won't change anything. While Albania has improved a lot (change was noticeable from my visit 5 years ago) it is still behind in terms of infrastructure development. Also this debate started with Simboli saying playing in Russia is the same as playing in Albania.

Since the topic took an unexpected turn I'll post this video from an Italian guy who goes all over Albania and compares the infrastructure between the two countries while shitting on Italy's (the reverse of what we're doing here). His videos are hilarious and he has a huge Albanian following on FB.
