Our euro run was a fluke pushed by 3 points from cas and high motivation, and we couldn’t even close it out until the last game vs Armenia after losing like 2-3 in a row lol. Especislly now that kosovo has an nt and our de biasi team is aging/not motivated anymore we’re done. Now that skenderbeu got banned too it makes it even harder for us to enjoy some success
Nah. With UEFA Nations League, and World Cup expanding, it's easier than ever to qualify. Hungary made it to EURO knockouts with a weaker team than us.

We just need some in form players, and be organized/strong mentally.

Qualifying for the Euros definitely isn’t impossible. We just need some fresh callups to strengthen the team. We still are relying on the same mediocre players from 2014 and many of those guys have lost their motivation for the NT. I’m also afraid Panucci isn’t the right guy as well as we’ve just been bad with him.

I can take not qualifying as long as we have new players in the fold that we can build upon. The worst is when we are still losing with guys like Lila, Roshi (not the worst player), etc, are still playing.

It doesn't look that great but as long as Strakosha, Hysaj and Mavraj are in Albania has a shot. The most basic thing to be competitive in this sport is a professional back line/GK. The rest further up the field can be fixed. It's not like we have a bunch of amateurs either. I think Grezda is ok and Abazaj has some potential. We'll see.

Gavazaj started as a LB for his club in their 4-1 loss. He got subbed out at the 54th minute
Balaj and Roshi both subs
Veseli didn't start for his club. Empoli signed Antonelli so Veseli is probably gonna be a sub this year
In Belgium Guri continues to start while Abazaj is still on the bench
Djimshiti started in Atlanta's europa league qualifying match last Thursday
Hysaj apparently played a very good match against Lazio

Berisha lost his place at Atalanta. Surprised it took this long tbh. He has been so error prone.

Djimsiti surprisingly starting.

Don't they have Europa League play-offs this week? He might be rested because of that.

Abazaj has already failed, and he hasn't even gotten a minute yet. As expected. It's impossible to go from Luftetari to being an Anderlecht regular.

Guri has done ok so far, but he better start scoring some impact goals soon, because him being subbed off is not a good sign. Also, lol @ Gavazaj as an LB. Feel bad for the guy. Those Siberian coaches :D

Goalkeepers rarely get rested. Especially in the beginning of the year.

Berisha has lost his place . They already made him clear that Atalanta was going to invest on the Italian ex-U21 and he was negotiating with a French team . Apparently noone is willing to pay 5-7 million € .

Roshi injured his knee and is apparently out for like 6 months. Sucks because we were already so thin but I think it can be an opportunity to call up new guys and experiment alittle.
