I don't know, maybe because one plays for Albania's U-21 and the other for Swiss U-19.
If he starts for an EPL team, which I still think will be a massive achievement, that would make him automatically the starting forward for us. We haven't' had a forward start in a top league since Tare/Bogdani's days.

Kumbulla with his first Serie A goal. His team leading 1:0. He looks like Bonucci type of player, a CB that looks more towards the attack.

He has been a beast defensively too. There was a situation where he was 1 v 1 with a winger and he destroyed him.
He needs to start with Djimsiti vs Turkey.

Indeed, have to start him either with Turkey or Molvova.
He was man of the match

Juric (Verona’s coach) commenting on Kumbulla:
Su Kumbulla: cosa ti ha convinto di lui?
"Quando facevamo le partitine l'attaccante avversario non faceva mai gol. È un ragazzo molto serio, apprende sempre quello che gli dici. Ha fisico ed è veloce, ha le caratteristiche giuste".
Seems Kumbulla broke also a record being the youngest defensive player to score this season in the top 5 leagues.

Apparently the first defender born in the 2000s to score in Serie A. This kid is something special. I hope Reja brings him in.

Saw something that Kosove wanted him . Utter nonsense from them , stick to people from Kosove imo . Albania is really where they should be playing anyway , under the real flag and anthem .
