We should be capping all young talents that have like 5% chance of becoming pro players of our Greek Albo diaspora. Today’s tie against Liechteinstein must be an allarm bell. They’re are in deep crisis...

I hope this will be the last of Balaj, Cikaleshi, etc, for now. It seems like everytime Balaj struggles mightly in a qualification match, gets benched for the next match, then scores a weak goal against a bottom team like Andorra and ends up starting again, then the cycle continues. It's just maddening to see guys like this have a guaranteed place in the NT. Cikaleshi and Ramadani both second division players in Turkey and Denmark (Cika doesn't even start for his club team) and both are pretty much starters for the NT. I can understand a player like Mavraj since he's done alot for the NT but these other guys? It's mind boggling, how many times are you gonna play these guys until you realize they're not NT material? Is Bushi and the other former players now running FSHF making the lineup selections?

Some additions to NT

IN:
FW - Endri Cekici
FW - Kemal Ademi (Florian Kamberi if Ademi declines)
FW - Andi Zeqiri
MF - Lindon Selahi
MF- Toma/Domgjoni/Bajrami (one of these guys have to accept an offer)

Out:
FW - Balaj
FW - Cikaleshi
MF - Ramadani
MF - Qose
CB - Dermaku

I think Ademi can be a nice target man for the NT. In the mold of Muriqi and something Reja likes. Cekici has been playing well in Slovenia and has some technique on the ball, although he's more of a winger than forward. It's strange how Selahi isn't with the senior team since he's a starter for FC Twente, we're lucky his family is from Macedonia or Kosova would have capped him (because Kosova doesn't f*** around like that but apparently Kristi Qose is better than him). One of Toma, Domgjoni and Bajrami have to accept.. They just have to.

I'm also curious if someone like Kace or Abrashi can play LWB. Yea they're out of position like Roshi but a guy like Abrashi is a bull and is always running. And tbf Roshi is a bit retarded. Maybe move Hysaj as LWB and try Xhaka as RWB?

I hate to say it but I would like to see Albania slowly pull away from Kosovar players. I think it would refresh the locker room and its mentality and grow the enthusiasm(which is what Albania is desperately lacking). Right now there is a very negative energy surrounding the team and some major changes need to happen. A few of them are left from the De Biasi era but they are either past it(Mavraj), not motivated(Xhaka) or simply finished(Ajeti). With Kosovo's acceptance in FIFA Kosovar players don't seem at home playing for Albania.

We have a decent base with Strakosha, Hysaj, Djimsiti. Start building with Bare, Ndoj, Gjasula, Kumbulla, Kace and potentially Broja, Cekici, etc.

I haven't been keeping up with talents that much but I'm sure there are many more who could potentially contribute. For example Lokomotiva Zagreb has a bunch of Albanian league youngsters starting for them(wtf, how did they even find them?).

Ignores Ismajli being one of the standouts for Albania. Not cool, man.

Mavraj should retire and Ajeti shouldn't be called. Xhaka outside of the motivation factor is a joker and if the coach doesn't know how to use him , then he looks avarege. Abrashi is still solid and Grezda even without a club is still better than what we had offensively vs France.

At this point it's not even about their abilities. Ismajli is ok and Xhaka/Abrashi are still good on paper but they aren't getting younger and these qualifiers are done. Have to look forward. The team is not united right now. They are not playing with enthusiasm and motivation at all. The only solution is to break up the two groups and focus only on one.

They moved there because of Besnik Prenga. He is a scout for Lokomotiva and was working for Kf Laci.

Albania would pretty much be Azerbaijan without the Kosovars. f*** we currently are on the same level as Azerbaijan.

I know Dallku is trolling but even half of the youth talent currently are coming up are from Kosova/Macedonia. I don't want to double down on the trolling but the Greek ones have absolutely no loyalty. Strakosha misses half the NT matches when they aren't important because he thinks he's too good for the NT while Berisha is always down to play, that greek guy Mihea after being capped by us said to the media it's a mistake to pick Albania over Greece as he doesn't feel Albanian, Durmishaj switched first chance he could and he'll never even play for Greece while he would have been starting for us, etc. You all laughed at the Kosovars accents when they first came but atleast they can speak Albanian, the new players from Italy/Greece don't even speak Albanian or have Albanian names.

The real problem which we all know is to be true is that former Superliga players always get a guaranteed place in the lineup. We've seen over the years that guys like Balaj, Cikaleshi, Lila, Salihi, Agolli, Roshi, Ramadani, etc, always get a place in the lineup. Players from Albania are just not good enough and are borderline amateur. Just look at Roshi the other day having the ball slip through his feet, falling asleep and getting burnt on the first goal. A player with his size and speed should be playing in the premier league but he's got a peanut for a brain so therefore he's a bench player for every eastern european team he goes too. And don't get me started about the other guys. The media promotes Balaj as "Bomberi Shkodran" who only scores weak goals from a foot away against Andorra and gets guaranteed a place in the starting 11. These guys always get passes and it's never their fault.
