With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Fidan Aliti from Presheva has declared for Kosova. Can apparently play all positions in defence, which Kosova is in dire need of, but it seems he's shit. Plays for Slaven Belupo which is a Croatian team which ended last season as 7th out of 10.

He's apparently played two games for Albania back in 2014 against San Marino and against Romania.

Also Besart Berisha has got the green light from FIFA. However I do not think he can offer anything, apart from experience, to this team. I prefer Vedat Muriqi as a striker, tall and strong, who can be a big use in defence when defending set pieces, considering Kosova lacks height.

I remember him. He was awful against San Marino and then never got called again.

Sadiku has been injured and is still trying to get back in form.

He was solid in all Kosova friendlies i've seen :) Guess he'll be the backbone of their defence for the years comming .
