With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!
Taulant Seferi and Elvir Maloku got their oks. At least we still get some non-Kosovar diaspora coming in, because our talent pool would dry up completely.
"Cheap things you can buy in bulk, but Bulku is priceless" Ervin Xhevahir Bulku
Seferi seems really good while we've been waiting for Maloku's ok since Jupi was appointed as U21 coach. Hopefully Maloku will get back to play in Spain althrough Cypriot fotball level is good compared to Balkan leagues.
Alban Hoxha to sign with SPAL in Serie A this week. He could become the third Albanian GK there, who would've thought back in 2011 when we had Ujkani that few years later we would have three decent gks playing in Serie A lol. Many more talented gks coming through the ranks in top clubs when we need wingers , strikers and midfielders.

So we'll have 3 starting goalkeepers in Serie A? o.o
Only if SPAL doesn't manage to get on loan the starting gk they had last season from udinese (Meret).
My nephiew already part of Olympiacos U20 (16 years old), having Strakosha sr and Hasi might fasten his steps in future by promoting him to the first team. Althrough everyone in Lezhe believes he'll be the next Donnarumma i'll be happy if he follows the steps of Strakosha jr.
