I think Panucci wants to play 2 strikers at the end that's why he's not taking off Balaj. But that's a bad decision.

Israel was just the better team. There was no need for them to play, when they're up a goal. Just let Albania waste their energy, and hit them at the end. Basic rope-a-dope.
