Looks like Mavraj got flattened yesterday.. he needs to hang it up before he gets hurt. Great career he had but the batteries are dead now

Serie A isn’t the league it used to be . A lot of goals getting scored lately and very few teams have good defenses and Roma isn’t known for that. Important is getting playing time as it would be absurd to keep him at bench after spending 30 million on him.

On other news Broja is playing with Vitesse the last 30 minutes .

I was hoping he was better.

Today against Ajax(10 men btw) he lost the ball nearly every time he touched it. Even in needless situations when he could just make a safe pass to his teammates.

Goes to show you how deceiving youth football is. Senior is a different beast.

I believe Broja has the skill but he’s way too frail.. despite his height, he’s weak in the air and lacks the physique needed for the top level. He needs to work on strength and conditioning to take that next step, but he’s still young so there is potential there.

Hopefully it's not another Vasilis Skourtis. If you guys remember the hype and potential he had and even played in the Dutch league too ironically. Similar players in skill too.

Who cares man. The guy literally just turned 19 this month. He's got all the time in the world. What matters is he has the height and good ball control by this age. Physicality and decision making will get better with time if he works hard.

Lewandowski for example at his age was playing in the 3rd Polish division. Higuain was a sub in the Argentine league. Was scoring like 4 goals a season. He's ahead of them both.

You know very well for most Albos the problem is lack of hard work and discipline. Vasili could have been a bottom/mid-table Serie A striker if he worked hard and was disciplined.

So you guys pumping the brakes after one bad performance? This is the problem with us and evaluating players in general. We simply have to give players time. One good performance and he's the most talented Albanian prospect ever and the next he's a scrub. We have Bushi calling Vrioni the most talented striker we've had in history, then the hyping up of Muci, Kallaku and any youth player who can somewhat control a ball.

We don't need him to be a Chelsea star. He just needs to be a decent overall striker and he'll definitely be that atleast.
