Much like my football picks my stock picks have been terrible. I'm only buying S&P 500 Index now.

Investing in Real Estate has been a blessing though. My properties in Florida have doubled in value since I bought in 2015.

It looks like the American markets are still stuck in limbo. Everybody is just guessing recession or no-recession.

Mega caps, big tech, Berkshire are still at all time highs.

Small caps are suffering though.

Nice. I wish I went the real estate route in 2018 instead of stocks.

My stock picks have been bleeding as well lol. Save Microsoft /. Google / Amazon

COVID helped a lot with Florida market. In most markets things have appreciated considerably from pre-COVID days.
