Tap in scored by Sokol Cikalleshi today against Kasimpasa, gave assist too. Cikalleshi is now up to 5 tap ins or penalties and 2 assists through 852 minutes in Superlig.

Not too shabby for a guy who can’t run, shoot, dribble, pass, play aerially, etc..

Cikalleshi should take up sheep herding, cause football is not for him.

Albanian internet experts know better than the coach of NT, former coach of NT, and various other coaches from Turkey to Saudi Arabia.

FSHF has all the leverage here and they are known for making poor decisions though..
If there is one thing that became crystal clear during the Faroe match is that we desperately need Broja upfront.

Asani was a weird one. You could say he was the most important player in these qualifiers. Without him we wouldn't reach #1 or maybe even qualify.

But it was all really down to 2 crucial moments against Poles/Czechs... Other than that, yeah he's hardworking, but he's not some world beater. We saw against Moldova/Faroe Islands that he really has no ability to take on defenders, beat them to the byline, and cut the ball back. Typical winger type of stuff.

He's deserved his spot in the starting lineup, but if he can't come up with those 50 foot bangers, then he's just another Uzuni.

"Hype signings" based on a few moments or games never turn out good. It even happens at the higher levels. Look at some of these Argentina players like McAllister struggling after securing big moves just because they won the world cup.

We've seen this many times even with Albanian players after Euro 16.. like Sadiku in La Liga, Ajeti at Torino, Lenjani is French league, etc etc.. I think nearly all of them flopped.

Asani now has interest because of the two long distance goals but besides that he doesn't look like a player.

He's the modern day Alban Meha. Can shoot if you give him all the space in the world. Besides that he can't do anything and he's weak physically too.

ZenMaster SugarRay should be our 8th option as striker atm. Sylvinho never called him.
