Goal Poland, assist Czechia is more than anything Ray has done for NT.
That shouldn't even be a debate. Daku is top 3 striker for us. Starting Broja for 65 minutes and then bringing Daku in for him should be our only plan.

Broja-Muci up top is my dream starting duo.

Was checking out transfermarkt values. Albania 123 mill, Greece 150 mill, Georgia 150 mill.

Forgot Khvicha played for them and is more than half their value. No wonder Greece lost.

Georgia always been a scrappy team but getting by Luxembourg and bore draw Greece at home can hardly be called a qualification.

Who decided the match was to be played in Tbilisi?

Means little..

Chile “worth” half of that and they were a bunch of 🦁🦁🦁

Chilean reporters thought Albania was so bad that teams from domestic league could beat us and I don’t doubt it!

A bunch of old men put it on our young superstars. 34 year old 5’8” striker Vargas won 4 of 4 aerial duels and bullied our big men on defence.

Physically, Europeans in general are far behind North and South Americans. Recent colonial history has made these people super tough and resilient. Life in Europe is slow and soft..

We may see both, there is a meeting next month to potentially increase the list from 23 to 26 players for the Euros. Most coaches appear to favor the increase, so it's likely to happen. In that case, the strikers should be Broja, Daku, Manaj and Cika. Room for another winger and maybe a cb or midfielder.

This list increase doesn't benefit Albania even though the media and people pretend it does. It benefits countries like France, Belgium, etc.

Albania doesn't need players like Manaj and Cika. They literally won't even touch the ball against Spain, Italy, and Croatia. It will be like playing with 1 player less if they are on the field.

Albania needs counter attackers and defenders. That's it. Broja and Daku are the only useful strikers that can be wild cards.

When you play Spain, Italy and Croatia you’ll need every player to be useful and fight. Cika and Manaj are low energy goal poachers who don’t press, no pace and need several golden attempts before they can score. They will be absolutely handled by Spain.

Daku is a physical goon but a player like him can cause teams issue with his size and strength. Broja atleast has some technical quality and the ability to bury any chance even if he’s lazy.

Starting either Cika or Manaj is a guarantee for Albania to have an early exit. As the coach you have to give them a fighting chance to compete and you can’t do that with Manaj or Cika. If the manager starts Cika/Manaj with Asani and Seferi he should sacked. It seems like they’re just happy to be there similar to 2016

Manaj is never starting. While I'm not a big fan of CIka starting I think having him play the first 65 minutes and then bring Daku/Broja against a tired defense may work wonders for us. Both Broja and Daku have been very effective coming off the bench but not really threatening when starting.

Broja's best game for the NT was ironically against Spain and he was a starter. He was a one man attack that day and Spanish defenders couldn't contain him. It was pre-injury though but he did show glimpses of that against Sweden.

A one man attack who doesnt score any goals... that is kind of the story of Broja so far except 2 goals against Hungary.

I don't know if Daku's performances were a fluke but he might be the best option if he continues like he did last time.
