Ex-Yugoslav nations have better sports development. It's got nothing to do with "DNA". Xhaka and Shaqiri have been killing it but they would never develop in Albania. Doncic and Jokic are technical players more than anything especially Luka.

Even Kosova has already surpassed Albania, while being for only 8 years a UEFA and FIFA member. Albania literally produces nothing noteworthy in sports, it has nothing to do with DNA.
