It does look nice, which makes me wonder if they'll even begin construction this year. Highly doubt it. They'll milk it as much as they can for Superliga games until the next election comes as they always do.

Project proposal from the mayor of Kavaja for Besa's new stadium. It seems like a long shot, but thought I'd share it.

It looks good. I'm all for improving/building new stadiums to help improve the sport infrastructure but I'd like to see one main stadium like Qemal Stafa for the NT, Tirana, and Partizani, to be rebuilt with a much larger capacity than these smaller stadiums.

Looks like the Shkoder project got the green light and will be approved by the sponsor tommorow. I think the renovations will start immediately will be ready for the Serbia match in October. Capacity 17,000, investment of around 10-12 million euros.

I'm interested in seeing the renderings for the project

We haven't lost a match yet in Elbasan Arena though

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvcgq_e-svU / not crazy about the athletic field but hopefully they build it with the idea that Qemal Stafa will be a pure football stadium.

17,000 seats, that's only 1,000 more then what they have currently. Meh...

Only 17k? The stadium has room for much more. My dream is to see a stadium in Albania have more than a 20k capacity.

On Opinion Duka said Elbasan had a capacity of 13,000, QS a capacity of 15,500, and Loro Borici will have 17,000.
