Albanians abroad

With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Candreva also scored (he is Arbereshe)

Joke aside, our Albanians in Basel probably had a bad evening as they lost 1-2 against Belenenses, but Albian Ajeti played the last 15 mins wich is positive for him.

I can't wait to see Bernard Berisha going to Anderlecht (maybe?) he deserves alot he is good.

Kaçe and Shala both starts tonight with their respective clubs. Hysaj was left out again, i think Napoli's coach counts alot on him for the Serie A games, Europa League is just a non important competition.
LOL Bernard Berisha to Anderlecht? He's a beast in the superliga but that's the superliga.

Didn't realize Besiktas, L. Moscow, and Sporting Lisbon are in the Superliga :D. It's been mentioned around here that he has 0 footballing iq, but he's got some very nice dribbling skills. Even the commentators were buzzing about him.

Idk about Anderlecht, but if DB can manage to program Bernard Berisha like a toy, instead of letting him depend on his own brains, I think he can be very useful.

Napoli has scored 24 goals and conceded 3 in last 8 games . Has 10 consecutive games without loosing . Hysaj is seen as a starter for Serie A and he wants him to rest so he could give some playing time to Maggio and others . If Napoli continues with this rythm then they could even have a shot to with Serie A .

Yeah, as someone here said before, he's a poor man's Shaqiri with about the same footballing iq as Vila. But he is an interesting player and would probably be our best dribbler and could possibly play the Lenjani role. But I'm not sure whats going to happen with him as I'm pretty sure he just played for Kosove and you know their manager.

There are rumours about Manaj moving to Udinese on loan from january to june so he could get more playing time and experience.

You will never see Berisha playing for Anderlecht because it will never gonna happen. I can't even understand why everybody is obsessed with him, he was important first team player at Skenderbeu last year but his numbers wasn't nothing special. All he can do is push ball forward and use his pace to surpass opposition players but to play abroad that's not enough. Berisha will probably join Standard but i can see him failing miserably, it would been better to choose Croatia or Slovenia as next destination because Belgium league is too strong for him.

Arianit Ferati started second half againt Leverkusen, he is having very good game so i won't surprised to see him cementing his spot in starting line-up.

If Berisha were to move he might as well make a jump to a bigger league as Croatia/Slovenia doesn't offer more than what he currently has. Croatia/Slovenia will always be there if he fails in a league like Belgium or Holland and he's at that point of his career where he needs to make that jump.

But there are apparently some Belgian and German(Druisburg) clubs interested in him. Reasonable clubs imo and not like the Sadiku to Dortmund rumors.

Other news Cana played the full 90 and Lenjani was a sub in their 2-0 win. Does anyone know if Vajushi is injured or something? He was starting and playing well for Livorno but I noticed he hasn't been on the team sheet in a while. I'm assuming he picked up an injury.

LOL Ferati was selfish in one counterattack when result was 1-3 in Stuttgart favor, he wasted a good chance to make 4-1 so immediately after that chance, Leverkusen scored two fast goals and Stuttgart coach decided to substitute him.
