Btw i didn't know that Fidan Aliti moved to Sheriff Tiraspol, is he that bad? 22 years old and moving from Swiss to Moldovan league, god...
Sheriff Tiraspol is serious club and has good infrastructure so i don't think is bad move.

They're the "Skenderbeu" of Moldova but with better infrastructure. Can't fault a player for getting paid and trying to get playing time.

Lol Gashi goes to the MLS on a year where his country qualify for the Euros, where else in the world does this happen. We're not even in the position we were a while ago, so i wouldn't even take him to the Euros. Zeneli and Rashica are better and Roshi and Lenjani suit our style of play much more than he ever has. If Zeneli continues to score than Gashi is surely in trouble.

The Rapids brought him on as a designated player. I don't pay a lot of attention to MLS but I'm pretty sure that means he is expected to be a big deal for them. Rapids fans are seemingly really excited about having him.

Bitch please, If we take Gashi then please bring Besart Berisha in the first 11 of our team.

By the way Elbasan Rashani moved on loan in Rosenborg for much playing time, he will be there untill 31st December 2016. We must keep an eye on him.

Yeah I saw that video of Zeneli posted in the other thread and from his very first highlight I could tell he's much better than Gashi.

Zeneli is also younger.

With that said though, I like the moves for Gashi and Aliti as well. For too long the Swiss league has benefited from the Albanian players even though they openly hate us:

This will hopefully only push the diaspora even further away from the Swiss side. Having an Albanian in the MLS is a great move, as is having one in Moldova's league. Our best players are still Serie A. You'll start to see even more in BBVA and EPL soon I think. Our players right now need to be at clubs that benefit their careers and I think both these moves benefit the careers of Aliti and Gashi..

I don't like Gashi's move. It seems like no noteworthy European club was willing to bite and he had to settle for less. He's pretty much going to be a mercenary at this point going forward. Atleast sign with NYCFC where he'd get a sizable Albanian crowd supporting him and not with one of the poorer teams in the league. But he's going to get paid relatively well

BTW, Aliti is not very good. On par with Superliga players

Gashi needs to be forgotten like Besart Berisha. If De Biasi sticks to this idea of the players who qualified come to the Euros then it is what it is, Gashi after the Euros will not be called up as Rashica, Zeneli, Avdijaj, Latifi and co will build the new core of the team and Gashi never suited our style of play so not a big loss. Very disappointing and poor move.

I disagree as Gashi was part of the qualifying campaign. For many people who don't follow MLS they might think this is a step down but plenty of players who play in MLS have been called up by their national teams like Giovinco for Italy and Robbie Keane for Ireland. Giovani Dos Santos, arguably Mexico's most technical player, plays in MLS as well.

If anyone thinks MLS is an easy league they need to look up how badly Salihi failed when he came over here and he was in his prime as well.
