After watching Kosova's games these two past times, Arbër Zeneli strikes me as the best player they have, followed by B. Berisha, V. Berisha and Rashica.
If only they had someone better to partner Kryeziu and didn't have these fucking amateurs in defence they'd do quite well I think.
Also this Muriqi guy was better than I expected. Tall, fast and worked a lot - not much end product, but still only 22 years old.
Actually Shala surprised me, think he did well in midfield he's terrible wide though. Meha was the weakest, he just can't keep physically up with the others and is very slow when in possesion.
Bunjaki could've gone with Shala-Kryeziu-V.Berisha in the middle and one of B. B or Zeneli on the left wing. But once Meha was subbed and V. B moved to the middle Yarmolenko had a field day vs Paqarada. In the first half V. B/Shala did a great job helping our lb.
Zeneli dribbles past opponents with ease, is very fast and from the youtube videos I've seen of him he seems the best finisher from the wide players we have. For him to start one of B. B or M. R has to be benched. The three of them are at their best when played wide.
Kosova could look best with a 4231formation.
Kosova's best lineup:
----------------------Muriqi
B.B/Zeneli - V. B/Shala - M. R/ Zeneli
---------------Alushi - Kryeziu
Paqarada - Pnishi - Rrahmani - Perdedaj
----------------------Ujkani
Then you've got Celina, Bytyqi, Sulejmani, Rashani on the bench and soon to be D. Avdijaj. So much potential in that attack, no wonder Bunjaki went full fifa mode vs Croatia

, let alone give a crap about Llullaku, Latifi and Grezda.

you talk as if rashica has set the world alight or something. fact: he's just an 18 year old spoiled punk with an attitude who just broke as a pro last year
please tell me where you have seen that senior players get benched just cause some 17 year old had a good season. fucking messi didnt really break in the first team until he was like 19. he was a part time player until then, not a regular
i didnt see him whining, nor did i see everyone in barcelona going amok over it. things have an order and a time. rashica had an entire game against qatar where he showed f*** all. he had more chances than he deserved and he fucked it
im totally behind DB in not calling him. DB fucked up with gjimshiti, that is true.
rashica is just an average, overhyped player from what ive seen until now
Whatever floats your boat

It's pick your poison with this team. If you start Bernard Berisha then your fullback is gonna get raped. Rashica is also a terrible helper. (not sure about Zeneli). If you don't start any of these guys then your offense will suffer just as much as your defense but at least you won't concede more than 4 goals per game. It's a loss-loss situation.

ofc kosova will have a weak team for a while because they're starting from 0. but the way some players are getting (over)hyped in here is ridiculous
if this kosova attack was so good at least they'd score one even if they concede 10. the more we overhype them the more disappointed we will be when they dont turn out to be the world beaters that one might think by reading this forum

Kosova just needs to find some defenders and they're set. Don't hate on Kosova, Leandro. Take a day off and do something for yourself today instead of being a hater online.

Easier said than done. That's gonna be incredibly challenging. Albanians in general always suffered producing defenders, especially CBs.
Mavraj is probably the greatest Albanian CB of all time and by world standards he's an average CB. But by Albanian standards he's probably a 1 in in 30 years type. Geri Cipi and Besnik Hasi were also ok defenders but that's about it.
A new Ajeti might pop out but these are so rare. Albania is really blessed to have all the best Albanian defenders available to them right now.
The only hope Kosovo has is Hadergjonaj accepting and locking that RB position. Even he is not a great defender but definitely an upgrade over trash like Paqarada and Perdedaj.
You better hope Hader doesn't get "scared" over Kosovo's recent results and hesitates to come.

Yeah, I know there really don't seem to be candidates who can replace them, and I'm not really following talents around Europe like I used to when I was younger, so I really can't say whether there are some in Switzerland, Sweden or somewhere else, but I'm sure they can find someone.

Gdb totally burned Kosova by capping Veseli. He could've been a good addition.
Loret Sadiku seemed promising, whatever happened to him.
Ardian Ismajli is a cb that plays in Croatia for Hajduk Split.

Albania and Gjimshiti got burned worse by that callup.

Would switch Veseli anyday for Rrahmani or Rashica.
