With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

I mean the Dutch league is a good youth league but they don't play a lick of defense so performances of attackers there can be a bit misleading. Rashica with the u21's really hasn't been better than Cekici and Latifi. I just hope it's because he doesn't take that level/team seriously.
That's true. Jozy Altidore scored 40 goals in the Dutch league in two seasons I think and he was terrible at Sunderland, think he scored one goal in two seasons there.

Spot on. Altidore is a perfect example and there are many more.
I think Rashica definitely has some talent but whether he knows how to use it to its full potential remains to be seen.
International level is similar to Serie a. A slow tempo, defensive, grind it out style. You need brains to play at this level. The Dutch league is the absolute opposite of that.

When two of the wingers on the NT are bench players in Croatia and a mid-table Greek side there's no reason why Rashica shouldn't be capped. Rashica is the best winger we have currently and there's no denying that.
Jozy was the best American striker at the time even if he flopped in the EPL the season before he was playing in Holland and he deserved to be a starter for the NT as he was the best option. Also, Altidore was a few years older when he was having success in Holland. It's a stupid argument because using that logic I can ignorantly state he's going to be the next Robben...
Why? Having Lala as an agent would help him immensely if anything.
PS: Nice interview. Props to Lala for realizing that he's not for this job and stepping out. True pro.
Well i still think he wasn't getting along well with De Biasi althrough he denies it in the interview but that's what a pro would do too , no need to make other mess with the nationalteam right now .

Yeah but Dutch league has also given the world Suarez, Ibra, Eriksen, etc...There are players who have flopped moving from one EPL team to another. And Rashica is only 19 as well.
