Even 2005 was shifty as hell. The guy had like 25% approval in Albania last time I checked. I'm actually shocked it's that high. The funniest part is Berisha is Rama's greatest ally. Rama is such a piece of shit, that anyone else but Berisha or his puppets could have beaten him.

I really hope Blushi steals a huge chunk of PS and undecided voters, and keeps parliament in a deadlock. Bojaxhi was a no name dude and got 8%. I think Blushi can get up to 20%. He should only vote PS until they decide to kick Rama out (he already hinted at this).
Bushi's Libra was officially launched yesterday. It'll be interesting

The government is setting a new federation called Federata e Sportit Shkollor which will oversee the setting up of sports teams in all schools and nation wide championships in all respective sports. This means mainly football, basketball and volleyball teams. This is a great news as it has been neglected for the last 25 years. This what FSHF should have helped set up but why're too busy thinking about schemes how to make money from sports betting.

Brexit legal challenge wins: Theresa May must get approval to trigger Article 50, High Court rules

"The Government immediately confirmed it would challenge the ruling at the Supreme Court, with speculation the case could end up at the European Court of Justice."

Hahahahaha.

Studying European law the first two things you learn is that European law is an autonomous body of law, and that it is supreme. That is to say, it trumps national law.

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) could actually end up ruling on the validity of the law, since article 50 is European law and only the ECJ can rule on the validity of EU law, never a national court (yet other jurisprudence that the ECJ established in previous court judgements/rulings. Hence, the court granted itself these powers) also the domestic courts when ruling on the interpretation of EU law must refer the cases to the ECJ for a preliminary ruling especially if it is a court of last instance (that is the supreme court - the next step. Currently there has only been a ruling by the High Court but the government is expected to appeal to the Supreme Court making it more likely that the case will go to the ECJ) :lol2:

This could end up becoming really fucking funky because the ECJ could have to decide what will happen when and if a member state chooses/wants to leave the Union :rrokullisem: :rrokullisem: :rrokullisem:

I love understanding the EU, university is great, and this is hilarious I hope the case comes before the ECJ so they can instil some further democratic values into the secession process ^^ Oh the irony :lol2:

It means nothing. It will just long out the procedure of us triggering article 50. Everyone accepts we will leave (party wise) it is just the manner which is debated upon. An ideal and logical solution would be to call snap elections as Theresa May was never elected so she does not have the respect to lead these negotiations or this country. Call snap elections and whoever win leads us out of the EU.

Lol i always find it funny that when i see videos from the RA parliment with the titles of 'përplasje mes....' or 'Rama sulmon....' they all so moderate. I expect something much more then what i get. I am always waiting in anticipation for the moment and before i know it the video is over.

This is what i am expecting.

You honestly have to be the dumbest person on this forum. You were talking about university but i doubt you have a single day of schooling let alone uni.

'Does it alter the likelihood of the UK leaving the European Union, which is still very high? Zero to negligible. Does it mean the UK will stay in the single market (as the money markets would like it to)? No, it does not – but it does hand MPs, most of whom are pro-Remain, some leverage to shape Brexit slightly in their own image.'

See i did not need to read a bunch of articles or be overly interested to know what happerns as it is exactly what i said to you. For a smart person who understands the economy and politics in general it is simple. MPs now have more power to push the government away from a hard brexit. If you went to a good uni and not a bottom feeder which anyone with a personal statement and a btec can get into you would understand.
