Yea given the lack of punishment, seems to me UEFA must be hanging on straws and is trying to justify the cost of undertaking their investigation. Hope CAS overturns, but wouldn't hang my hat on it (just because of how arbitration is supposed to work, although CAS has overturned UEFA plenty of times before, so there is precedent). In the end, I bet this is all much ado about nothing, and if Skenderbeu is banned from UEFA competitions, I doubt FSHF removes the title from them (sorry, Partizani fans hoping for a win on a technicality lol).

As a Partizani fan I wouldn't want Skenderbeu to lose the title. what I do want is that CL money so we can smash Skenderbeu next year ;)

You might very well get your wish on the CL spot (though assuming they get knocked out right away, not sure how much money there will be). As for next season, let's see what Skenderbeu does with the team if this ban remains in place.

I don't know, what's that league like? I understand your team has a lot more recent experience of what that's like :lol2:

I understand where you're coming from and if there is proof the punishment should be bigger.

I meant terrible in a way that they seemed like the only really professional club in Albania and I didn't see this happening to Skenderbeu.

My thoughts exactly. The fact that the punishment is so petty is a strong indication that UEFA is full of sh!t or at least basing things on weak facts.

Yes Skenderbeu was able to establish professionalism but at the expense of the rest of the league. It's not like it's that hard in Albania to establish a professional club. Albania has had professional clubs for decades, it's just that with the ascension of Skenderbeu they suffered greatly. Dinamo most notably which is now in the doldrums of the second division.

I think you guys are itching for UEFA to dig even deeper and get a 5 year ban for Skenderbeu instead. Reading the outrage of the Skenderbeu is the best part of this whole ordeal :)
