Amir Rrahmani is the latest one to switch to Kosovo.

This one was pretty expected.

Not an Albanian city. A big fvcking mess of A unstructured gathering of villages brought together to create a massive village.
It may be hard for me to really explain to you as I am comparing to what was before. Used to be a leading Albanian city. Can't say that now
