Rama is too much of a dipshit to crack down on these morons. These guys have no connection to the Muslim community, and are obviously funded by shady sources. Every fucking journalist knows the exact spots where these morons congregate, yet the gov't does nothing.

There is a theory that ISIS was created by the Americans, Brits and Israelis with the purpose to attract ALL extremists of the world to a one place, using a strategy called “the hornet’s nest”. This may very well be what's going on here. Leave this place open and keep it under surveillance and then arrest all who pose a threat. Of course I may be reaching here.

It seemed like it was general knowledge in Tirana that this place is where all the extremists congregate.
