Players who move to another (amateur) league/club shouldn't be automatic NT candidates just for the sake of them playing abroad. They can't be calling players like Doka, Memolla, Ramadani, Laci, Trashi, etc and then wonder why they lose vs the Lithuanias. You reap what you sow.
That’s not true at all. We played like shit all game and Lithuania had a few good chances to score. The truth is that we will NEVER reach even a Poland or Ukraine level as long as we keep calling those amateurs. A perfect example is Albi Alla, was playing great in Superliga but got exposed after just one game in a friendly and never got called up again I believe. All those players Doka, Trashi, Ramadani, Etc are pretty much on that level. We’ll reach their level only if they downgrade not because we’ll call our best players. They both have 10x our population and traditionally have been good in football. They’ve teams playing in CHL/EL every year and their best players are starters for their teams. We will at best come close to Danish, Sweden, Czech, Austria level playing our best diaspora players.
