This pretty much confirms that UEFA didn't give a f*** about the case and just blindly followed Atkinson's incompetence while sweeping the whole incident under the rug.

If the news are true we're probably just going to play the match in Elbasan. What's the point of rushing to built that stadium in time if no fans can attend the match and Elbasan arena is easier to police probably. I'd still rather have them play in Shkoder tho.
