De Biasi has done miracles with our defensive development we have at our team the best defenders we could had specialy Ajeti and Hysaj the first one would had been for sure the defenders duo at Switzerland along with Shärr with his current form and he believed Elseid so now he is better than any Italian at his position BUT he tends to ignore every new talented young attacking player who under his guidance could develop their play like our defenders did Rashica, Berisha,Avdijaj r only some cases If l was one of them l would run to Kosova cause they have a very good plan luring players to their nt Albania never thought about them like Uysal Aziz probably and maybe some Swiss will also follow either way if now Kosovars start to choose their perfasuese forget them they will be the Wales and we England

De Biasi does not pay attention to attacking players because he prefers fullbacks or at least players who can help defensively at those positions. Avdijaj and Rashica(even if they turn out to be good) have NO CHANCE with De Biasi. You guys keep bringing up their names but you're wasting your time.

De Biasi will play Hysaj as an attacking winger before he plays Rashica, Berisha, Hyka, Avdijaj there.

De biasi had no problem playing Valdet Rama. Rashica didn't impress when he got the chance.

Yeah... in the WCQ but for the ECQ he clearly changed the style/mentality. Maybe he thought that starting soft players like Rama was the problem during those world cup qualifiers. Now he's very strict when it comes to playing only defenders.

In all fairness, we've had more success with "rugby" lineups. Even when we won away to Norway in those WCQs Rama didn't play, it was an all rugby lineup.

DB wants to play a physical game, because if he plays a technical game he'll be demolished. You're right to call it rugby, because it isn't football. Rugby is not a long term solution. Look at what happened to Greece after EUROs.

It's sad really. Even when we're in a group with no way out, we insist on "results", instead of building a proper core with young players. NTs need chemistry first and foremost, which needs time. If we spend all our valuable time building chemistry between Lila and Lenjani, then we're heading into a black hole.

Seems like International football is going down the path of defensive football. What international teams play attacking football anymore? Germany used to be the attacking powerhouse but since the 2014 WC they're playing much more conservative, Brazil of all countries have been playing very defensive for awhile now despite having numerous attacking talent, Italy always conservative, Argentina too, etc. All the Eurocup matches are ending up 1-0 or decided in PK's. Teams are playing not to lose.

It's hard for international teams to build chemistry with a bunch of random players training together for a very short time. Nevertheless, our so called attacking players have big flaws in their game. Many of them are still young and haven't proven themselves in a bigger league. I'll admit that I rave alot about Avdijaj and Rashica but they're playing in Austria and Holland respectively and had good seasons but not great, what makes us think they can produce on the international scale?

Lila is a goon but manager's have the mentality that players like him give the team a fighting chance with their defensive and work ethic. It's why Italy started Giacherrini over Insigne(one of the better attackers in the tourny).

But that being said this team needs some balance and a pure attacking threat on the wings to challenge the opposition. Someone who can constantly beat defenders on the dribble. Seems like the best option is either Avdijaj or Rashica starting. Avdijaj does seem like the better pure attacking player but Rashica the better player overall.
