From what I understand there will be no knockouts to determine the winner of Group C, just a relegation knockout. So for the sake of WCQ we’ll be compared with the highest rankings of each individual group in C, then in B and A. So it just seems unlikely...Simboli i Diellit wrote: Sat Nov 14, 2020 6:43 pm There is a good chance that the teams who qualify directly and whose who get the 2nd place during qualifiers win their groups in nations league aswell.
Just look at the actual group A and Group B winners in Nations league. Those are teams who win their groups or at least come second...
The 8 winners of the groups in A and B must be in the 20 teams . That’s quite a good chance, that’s more than 90% chance.
I think Slovenia won’t be an issue as their group will be won by Greece. They always pull it at the last moment. I’m more afraid of losing to the Luxembourg group or to the Macedonian one. The chances are there . We had a 3 team group last nations league and both Scotland and Israel from our group made it to the playoffs . This is a chnace to take. Next euro qualifiers we got more chances in Group B as the teams who don’t qualify directly from group A (very unlikely) will be picked up from group B to form the playoff spots...

If Reja goes back to this he is not gonna have a job after these two games, the formation vs Kosove was good , with Uzuni and Seferi being the wide men . I can't be bothered to watch 90 mins of Hysaj whipping in balls from midfield .

Only one that doesn't make sense is Memushaj. He won't be available after these games, too old and clearly finished now. What's the point? This is not an old legend we're talking about either. He has historically been a scrub but was on a good form/run during that euro campaign.
Reja clearly didn't know about him so this is fshf's desire. Weird and makes no sense.
Other than that it's the lineup you'd expect.

I hope that Memushaj is a joke. Dude can't even make a Serie B starting lineup. Reja has to end this fetish of mediocre Italian clubs.

The best two UEFA Nations League group winners (based on their overall UEFA Nations League rankings) who did not directly qualify or reach the play-offs.artan wrote: Sat Nov 14, 2020 9:29 pm

There will be totally 16 group winners in A-B-C . Most likely who wins groups in A and B will be in the first two positions during qualifiers. We just have to win next two games to find out , on the other side it would improve our UEFA rankings badly at least to get to the below one:

Note that the WC qualifiers will consider only cocacola rankings and we’re stuck at pot 4.
Here are the simulations with probabilities :

Even if we made playoffs with this way of playing them i don’t see how could we win against the seeded teams away:

Kazakhstan will be without their two best players (Islamkhan, Zaynutdinov) tonight.. anything short of a home victory (-400 DNB) will be pathetic.

Another shitty lineup selection by Reja. Memushaj, Manaj and Cikaleshi all in the starting lineup. Imagine moving Uzuini to a wingback to make room for Manaj?
But part of me is kinda happy. Get the 0-0 draw, have Reja fired and remain in this shitty nations league group for next qualifiers.

Lol Reja surely must have a fetish for Manaj. Broja not even on the bench, mustn’t be fit to play yet. Hopefully we see him next game. We should win this game with Uzuni in great form regardless though.artan wrote: Sun Nov 15, 2020 4:45 pm Another shitty lineup selection by Reja. Broja didn't travel with the team altogether. He won't be available. I don't get the point of playing a striker who can't get minutes for Barcelona B (Spain third division). The correct pairing is Uzuini and Cikaleshi then put in whoever as wingback to provide width (Doka?). Uzuni is probably our best attacking player right now (even above Roshi) and yet he gets played as wingback.Klejdi1023 wrote: Sun Nov 15, 2020 4:51 pmLol Reja surely must have a fetish for Manaj. The manaj experiment needs to end.
