Honestly besides the England goal the game looks fairly even. If anything you can argue that Croatia is much more comfortable on the ball than England and maybe have more possession. Albania couldn't even get the ball from them lol. That Uzuni chance was big but it was an accident. It's like if San Marino creates a random chance against Albania.

Sadly that is a fair assessment of that match. Our attack looked absolutely horrendous, couldn't even do the bare minimum.

Macedonia aren't facing Georgia, Lithuania and Lichtenstein anymore

Man it's actually annoying how talented this Macedonian team is. In their starting lineup they have about 6-7 top 4 league level players.

They probably don't have the mentality and the defense/gk to go far but beating Germany is not an accident. That high level talent is capable of upsets like that.

They got some legit talent but when your backline are Superliga quality you're going to struggle with composure and have mental lapses.

It's sad how we couldn't poach guys like Bardhi up. Goes to show when you have meaningless friendlies you should call up new players instead of running Balaj to the ground.

Amateur hour by the Austrians. Austria has legit talent but they always underperform

Incredibly impressed with FYROM. Playing like they belong.
This is the difference between them and us. They go a goal down and carry on with the same effort and look for another. When we concede we collapse and stop applying any pressure on the opponent, goals don't just come through talent but also through pressing forward and playing positively, your opponents will make mistakes

The way we play we assume our opponents are robots who will make no mistakes defensively.

Its annoying because they're not that good. They don't have a good defence and Bardhi and Ademi should be ours ffs.
