No. In July 2009 he transferred from Apolonia to Flamurtari. Later that month they played Motherwell. I remember it was the first time seeing him in the game played in Albania where they won 1-0. In both games he came on as a sub and stood out like a sore thumb.

Laçi plays very composed and Kukësi is playing well too. They seem to not have any inferiority complex like Teuta did. The Kukesi new goalie seems pretty good too lol positioning wise.
