Regardless if he's deserving or ready for a cap we need to poach players for the future. We have no problems calling up Latifi and Grezda which we can all probably agree aren't as talented as Avdijaj. Calling up Avdijaj in place of Hyka for example is a smart move and we lose nothing by it.

That was in jest. Avdijaj should definitely be called. I'm sick and tired of the Hykas (never rated him) and Lilas we keep calling up. Feel like Lila is slowly replacing Bulku as the joke player we "revere" here :)

De Biasi always had this weird obsession about pointless players.

Remember it took DB about 2/3 years to realize that Vila was ultra shit. He played Bulku until he retired(even when he was warming the bench at Tirana and was clearly past it). I'm assuming the same thing will happen with Lila. In the Albanian league alone I guarantee that you can find about 5-6 better players than Lila. Taku, Trashi, Lilaj come to mind but I'm sure there are more.

Now all of a sudden he has a hard-on for Hyka.. don't understand that because Hyka is not even a DB type of player. When he recalled Hyka and Llullaku he took us back a few years.

If hes smart then he'll drop Hyka or Llullaku for Avdijaj. But you never know with De Biasi, his player selections are random af. You literally can't predict what he's going to do next.

This dude could either call up Avdijaj and rising stars, or call up some unknown superliga or swiss second league scrub. And Lila is definitely staying with us for the future since he's his favourite locker room guy like Bulku, except he somehow actually plays and even starts.

Veseli debuted with Empoli as a Right Back. Could be an alternative to Hysaj, the last one let fame get to his head and is playing quite bad. He should stay humble and work hard otherwise i see him as a sub on both Napoli and Albania.

Quite an exaggeration after one poor performance, wouldn't you say?Regardless if he gets benched at Napoli he's still our best player and has shown since probably the start of the Euro tournament that he's our best offensive player despite being a RB. By far our best passer as well.

However, maybe if Veseli can emerge as a viable option at RB we can move Hysaj up in the midfield. A few months back I would have laughed at this idea but when your wingers are Roshi, Lenjani (plays for French reserves), Lila (a goon who's not a winger), Lulaku (Romanian scrub) then is it a bad idea?

That or we play with three in the back and have Hysaj as a wing back.

Except the champions league match he was one of the worst players for Napoli this start of the season. He wasn't that good against Macedonia actually and yea he strugled against Spain , the second goal was mostly his fault . Not that he should be benched over one bad performance but he must know that isn't irreplaceable :)

yes he did.
https://www.facebook.com/albania.teamm/ ... 543722035/
but this was in april , before the euros and before kosovo was recognized from fifa. last week he published 2 photos, one with some other teammates(stambouli and bentaleb) and as description have written "Finish The work for today ❤️ #Friends #teammates AL FR DZ".
Days before another one with description "Back into The Team Training ! ⚽️❤️ #happy #work #osamirmeqenshqiptar".
It doesn't mean anything, but i hope he has already decided to join Albania and not Kosovo. Also to me he seems an ambitious player(he didn't chose albania before because he hoped he could play for germany), and with the recent large Kosovo's defeats he don't want to join Kosovo. Moreover Kosovo has many wings and he wouldn't have the certainty to play as starter.
PS: Embolo had an ankle fracture(6 months stop), probably in the next months Avdijaj will have enough time play since there is just Huntelaar as central striker.
