After a game being played in your own stadium when you didn't play a single minute anyone could find few minutes to meet with the coach but he didn't bother. The FA saying that the coach will talk about this on 28 of august means that there is still space to recover him althrough the coach probably by now has made his mind.

They need to forget about Xhaka. He's clearly a little bitch and the stories De Biasi told about him made it clear. This new thing just adds to it.
And he's not even a significant loss.

Yeah not a big loss at all to be honest. It all started going downhill for Taulant when he got subbed out in the Swiss game and threw that bottle in anger.

Keidi Bare with a goal for ATM in the Audi Cup Final against Liverpool. Showed good instincts in heading home a rebound.

I see that he started that game. Any idea how he played besides the goal?

I didn't see this one, but I saw his 30 minutes vs. one of the top mexican teams on youtube (with 2x speed and skipping ofc) a few days ago.
He seemed ok. He instigated 1-2 counters, but choked on the last step. He also sucked at trapping/controlling balls. I think Simeone likes him because he's a workhorse more than anything.

Trapping and ball control is the most basic requirement to play at that high level. Not a good sign. Meh..

I watched the first half, he was pretty invisible before and after the goal but that's mostly cause Atletico was just focused on defending (at least he's getting kind of used to Albania's tactics). He didn't lose or miss-control any balls played to him but he also passed back every time (5-8 times) he received the ball.
I think you're right on the reason Simeone likes him, he was making box-to-box sprints for the duration of the first half. He's never going to be a world beater or anything close to it; but it would be great if ever reaches his ceiling -- a decent box-to-box midfielder for a mid-table top-league team (a shorter, weaker, and poorer version of a poor's man Sami Khedira). I would still take him over Xhaka at this point.
