The best players (Broja, Asllani, Bajrami) were dogshit individually. Broja scored a penalty but didn't put pressure on their defense like he was supposed to.

Albania has very long ways to go
Unless you have world class players, players need team support to play well. There is no way around that.
There are few individuals who can succeed regardless of how shit their team is playing. We don't have players of that caliber.

New generation of top league players struggles mentally just as the Salihi era did. Two blown leads in a row, the worst of which at home in front of our own fans, in a game we were favoured to win.
Additionally, the federation failed to book a friendly that would have prepared us better for what was to come. Upcoming match v. Estonia is pointless..
