So letme get this straight you have to hold citizenship from Albania and get allocated the tickets from a lottery to go to the matches?
So random blokes from the states with the name Artan can't just buy tickets through the official ticket site? What kind of BS is this?

Only Albanian/Kosovar citizens/residents can buy tix to the Albanian fan sections. I was able to apply as a neutral fan after the first round closed as I don't have an Albanian passport.

I have my old Albanian passport and apparently you can use your "Nr. Personal" which is like a citizenship number that apparently doesn't expire (unlike the passport itself). Apparently, if you applied for tickets you have about a 50% chance of getting them. Both my gf and I applied so hopefully the odds prove correct. We each applied for 4 tickets to each game so if we both win, we'll have a shitload of extra tickets lol.
