The reason our defense looks so poor lately is because the CB pairing changes every game. Especially at Int. level it is good to build chemistry because you don't play with each other often. Rrahmani - Kumbulla would be perfect.
Just play Kumbulla-Djim and stick with that hopefully.
Alot of defending is about team defense. I think recently our midfield just gets overrun leaving our backline way too exposed. I don't like playing with two strikers for that particular reason, especially when one of the starters is Balaj who has become very lazy. Di Biasi's teams were a 4-5-1 but that central midfield was clogged which made the back line look good because they were kept clean. I also noticed this team barely presses compared to the 2014 - 2015 national team which had insane pressing that made them very competitive.

Going back to my earlier point, look at the first goal we conceded against France. Varane was able to pick out a long pass that led to the goal because he had all day to pick up a pass since the forwards weren't pressing him. I noticed this way too often and especially from Balaj (he doesn't try any more defensively). Good thing tho is that Manaj is a pitbull. Even in Conte's 3-5-2 they have Martinez who is a pitbull at the forward position and it's why he keeps starting. With the quality of our NT we need to defend with all 11 men or else we don't stand a chance against bigger teams.

Right now Kosova's most important player, if he continues scoring for Fener and has good games for Kosovo in October and November I can forsee alot of EPL clubs going for him in January.

He's had such a rapid rise. I can totally see him do well in EPL with his body size and the way he controls the ball. He was pretty good against England.

Somehow the Turks saw his talent when he was still playing in their 2nd division and wanted him to play for their u21 team. Now I'm not saying where the f*** were the albanian experts like Redi Jupi and co. back then, but we are very lucky he didn't opt to play for Turkey considering the guy is from Prizren and most of the ppl there like to flirt with Osmanllëk.

Imagine if Rashica, Bardhi, Muriqi, Rrahmani, etc, all played for Albania. Now we have journalists claiming Elis Bakaj should be called up :o

-------------------------Muriqi
----------Rashica-----------Roshi
-----------------Abrashi--Bardhi
-----------------------Gjasula
Lenjani-Kumbulla-Gym-Rrahmani-Hysaj
---------------------Strakosha

Aristidi Kolaj scored after 2 minutes he entered as a sub gifting his team the three points against Siena. He was part of Sassuolo first team during summer pre-season, now on loan at pro patria.

Siena fell hard. I remember Bogdani being with them in Serie a.

Muriqi is 99% work ethic. Guy has no technique or a good shot. He's just a big goon with tremendous work ethic. As soon as that work ethic goes down he's going back to Turkish 2nd division.
