I'm looking forward to seeing more crosses to short guys that can't score from headers. This team really needs more Malsors.

Manaj is 6 ft how is he short? He's not a pure target man either, but can play on wings.

If only more Malsors played soccer, they're too busy playing basketball
Fun fact, Vllaznia's soccer team has been historically majority, if not exclusively, Moslem whereas its basketball has been historically Catholic.

Kosovars were supposed to be tall but like 90% of their footballers are midgets.
I don't mind short players but there needs to be some balance. ffs Roshi is a starter for Albania only because of his height. He's actually a terrible player if you think about it.

Diaspora players are in general shorter because they come from more technical leagues. Abrashi, Kace, Avdijaj, etc.. are from foreign leagues. In Albania where anti-football governs guys like Tare and Bogdani were our home made products. Come to think of it, apart from Hyka that hasn't been called up in ages, I can't remember any home grown short players. Guys like Lila and Vila shouldn't even be professional footballers, but if you can run and are 6"1 you can be a "pro" footballer in Alb league.

I'm sure Shaqiri will end up just fine. He will go on to have a better career than everybody on the current Albanian national team.
