They really picked it up in the 2nd half. No luck needed there besides the post that the Armenian player hit.

Kukeli should never start again. Meha is needed ASAP. Xhaka should never be played as a winger, I don't know what went inside DB's head with that one. Agolli was a God amongst men with his crosses. Cikalleshi impressed me a lot and should have gotten a penalty, the guy was getting hacked by amateurs all game long. Gashi is an undisputed starter. Also I wanted to see either Kaçe or Basha on instead of Abrashi.

I just hope DB doesn't start Gashi as a CF/target man. The guy clearly scores by sneaking in from the flanks.

I'm sure Cika has that position locked for next game. Hopefully DB realizes that when you play Gashi, good things happen.

That being said they got lucky too, but this game could have ended very differently.

Result was fair. We had something like three shots hit the post, two midgets missing point blank headers and we were unlucky with fouls imo. Like someone else said Cika was hacked by amateurs all day long and should have gotten a penalty where the defender hugged him down. That last minute miss was something else though but that's the universe way of evening things out I guess.

I think this is only the 2nd competitive game under DB where we've scored more than 1 goal.

1st half was some of the worst football I have seen. Agolli was the only good one.

These guys sucked all game: Memushaj, Roshi, and Cana

Hysaj picked it up the 2nd half. And I'm pretty sure he faked that injury in that first half after he made that bad pass that lead to the goal. He probably needed to clear his head.

I'm really happy Mavraj made up for that own goal. It wasn't his total fault. But I'm sure he would've felt bad if that was a reason Albania didn't get their points tonight.

I'm still boggled that De Biasi game plan was to have Abrashi and Xhaka scoring.

Not sure how I feel about that tbh. Portugal is our direct rival for 2nd spot which is the only way of guaranteeing a spot at Euros. If we get 3rd we might be dsq. Maybe it's better to let Serbia sneak in a little bit to keep Portugal at bay.
