What happened to Binaku , to me he played well but hasn’t been involved for a while now
Ndrecka still part of Lazio U19 this season. (He was born and grew up in the same area like Kumbulla but played for Chievo ). They confirmed him this season at Lazio while loaning the other albos older than 2001. By next season there is Massimiliano Doda aswell who could be playing in Serie B at least. He is a good prospect but not a natural Lb. Maybe the option of moving Hysaj soon will be the best option.

Balliu deserves to get called . Provably the fact that he doesn’t speak albanian doesn’t help but he had a good season in Secunda.

Ndrecka is a horrible player. Seen him with both u19 and u21. I don’t think he’s good enough for Albanian league.

In a few years he'll be out of football. That's why I'm saying it now.

I wouldn’t mind sticking Ismajli full back.. not ideal in the 5-3-2 but in the 4-5-1 it would be solid.

Kumbulla to Lazio rumours heating up again . Imo that’s the perfect place for him , gets CL football and good mins to build on .

Messed up part about being part of a youth team of a big club is you don't know if that player is going to be world class or even be a professional player in 5 years.

Kumbulla was part of Verona's primavera and he outgrew the senior club in 1 year. Veseli was part of Man Utd/City youths and he's a Serie B player, which is still not terrible, but obviously not great. Kabashi was part of Juventus' primavera and now he's playing in Serie C, probably making minimum wage or something. He thought he was too good for Albania. :rrokullisem: Januzaj was in the same boat as Veseli (in fact they played together IIRC), and he's a mid-table player. That one was his own fault imo, for missing crucial years of development on the bench.

I think Veseli was also the captain of that Swiss u-17 team that won the world cup.

Youth leagues are really a crapshoot. We always had dozens of players at Primavera 'big clubs'... 99% didn't make it. After watching Vrioni I have 0 confidence in him either.

The ones who pop out from smaller clubs like Hysaj and Kumbulla are actually more reliable.
