It's just Tare trying to be patriotic for no reason at all. Muriqi will struggle at Lazio.
Only time will tell but this is a great chance for him.. Serie A isn’t what it once was and if 40 year old Ibrahimovic can score 10 goals in a half season, there is no excuse for Muriqi
The excuse is their starting striker is Immobile who has been the leading Serie A scorer 2/3 past seasons
I think this is patriotism tbh. Spending almost 20 million for a backup striker seems uncharacteristic of Lazio. Or maybe they'll play a 3-5-2, but usually 1 of the 2 is a second striker...

Nationalism has played big part this time but in the Lazio benefit, it wasn't only italians after him. Bilic was ready since May to pay 20 millions that Fenerbahce asked and even offered more lucrative contract for the player but it was Muriqi-Tare agreement that made it impossible for other interested parts to hijack the deal. If you really believe that Lotito pays 20 million transfer fee and 2,6 million per year for a "backup" striker, it means you have absolutely no clue who Claudio Lotito is. Muriqi will have important role at Lazio but definitively won't score many goals so his haters should not be worried, they will able always to use "numbers argument" even when he becomes fascists fan favorite.

I think they'll attempt to play them together unless Lazio is looking to sell Immobile.
Right now Immobile plays next to Correa but Correa is way more technical and faster than Muriqi so it will be tricky.

Man what the f*** happened to Arlind Ajeti? It's not like he was some overhyped youth player. He was man of the match in the only win we had in a major tournament. And at only 22. He was going to be the next big thing and kept Djimsiti out of the game.
Now we completely forgot about him and he's playing in Danish 2nd division. Dude probably has some personal issues. He's been as listed with "no club" multiple times.

Technically he’ll be playing in the Danish top flight along with Ramadani, Mucolli and Hetemi. But yea I see your point.
He was even starting some games for us without a club team for like a few months.

Artan's wet dream about to come true. We might finally get an Albo from Macedonia

He was part of Shkendija and our U-21 and was transferred to Antalyaspor in Turkey.
