More reputation so easier to get a bigger club interested

True but the quality is so poor there that the players don't really improve. Grezda couldn't even make it at Rangers...

Rrahmani is the only exception but he's a defender so it's easier.

Kumbulla to Roma !

Well that came out of nowhere. He was rumored to go to Lazio or Inter for months.

Italian media is really really bad...they rumor these players to nearly every team in existence and nearly make it official. They did the same thing to Hysaj for years.

Wouldn't be surprised if Kumbulla stays at Verona.

They’re 5 million away from Verona’s requests. Roma wants him in loan to buy him next season eventually for 25 million. They won’t have the money next year though

Roma spending that much money for a defender is weird when the rest of their team doesn't look that impressive.

For Kumbulla it would probably be a good move though. Lower expectations than the big clubs + no Tare pressure
