That's why it's important to give people time especially when they're still teenagers. No guarantee that time will make them better, but when you compare Broja to other strikers like Lewandowski or Higuain at his age, he's already ahead.

Good thing about him is that he's under Chelsea's care so you just know Vitesse's coaches are pretty good at player development. There is no doubt he has raw talent so the potential is always there.

His situation definitely beats other young players rotting at Croatian villages and never heard of again.

Meanwhile Cikaleshi and Balaj have 10 appearances between both of them and not a single goal.

The good thing about Broja is he's playing well despite being weak. Once he starts to gain some muscle and get more consistent he's gonna be a good striker.

If he can become like Patrick Bamford (ex chelsean loanee) than that would be amazing for us. He doesn't have to be Lewandowski or Higuain.

As for these Croatian village players we're just fooling ourselves lol. They can be decent players but won't have the chance to be a Champions League quality player.

That's why I said that if he has a Bogdani like career it will be a great thing. A starting striker in a top 4 league is no joke. It's high professional level and guarantees that we have a legit starting striker.

Sure we want him to be world class but that's not realistic. That's like hitting the lottery. Albania never had a world class player.. ever. Nevermind striker.

Why? Rrahmani was a starter at Verona and he came through Croatia. I feel bad for him because Napoli is not giving him chances, but Ismajli is going through the same route to Serie A. It's a proven formula.

Croatia is just the springboard to Italy. Even Bogdani went through Croatia. You gotta realize not everyone has the same resources or starts from the same place. Guys like Kumbulla and Broja had chances most Albanian players are not going to have.

What makes it all the more impressive is that Broja’s team is winning.. they are tied for the top spot with Ajax and he is surely a big part of their success.
