Is Avdijaj deserving of the hype though? Other than his pricetag, at the pro level he hasn't really shown much. One and a half seasons at Sturm, in freaking Austrian league, and now he's not even a starter anymore, while other 19 year old talents at Schalke like Leroy Sane are flourishing, even making German NT.

Is there legitimate hope of this guy turning into something special?

Xhaka refused Kosova, now Shaqiri as well haha. Only player that will most likely accept the call up is Januzavic.

I hate Shaqiri with a passion so thats great. I still have doubts that this is their final say. They just dont want to mess up their chances to play in the EC. At least I believe that Xhaka will come back. Shaqiri, no not really.

Januzaj will not play it seems. All the others posted on instagram/twitter/facebook congratulating Kosova on Uefa membership and then Fifa except him.

As for them only saying it not to mess up their EC chances, that is not true. As if the swiss can afford to drop shaqiri and xhaka. shaqiri is their main player and xhaka is their best. They said it becuase they mean it.

Nobody who plays regularly In a class organization like Switzerland would leave to play for Kosova come on now

However i can confirm 100 percent Rashica will plau for Albania regardless if he goes to the Euros or not, i knew it, you could tell from his instagram how patriotic he was. Brave. Just to confirm i spoke to a few of Rashica's closest friends, one of them was with him today, and they told he is is 'gjithmon kuqezi, and he has not interestent in playing for Kosovë and wants to represent Shqipëria.

The grek though everyone was like him and would sell there loyalty straight away. O grek nuk ka me Shqipëtar, na të Kosoves jena patriota deri ndhe.

Let's not get too emotional about this. There are already Turks in Kosove who are eligible to play for the KNT. I wouldn't like it if somebody who had no connection to Albania whatsoever (like some African players who play in the Superliga) would be called up but this guy has some Albanian blood and wants to play for the team.
