He wants only “yes man”, hates his attitude but real champions have to be arrogant and with “inat” to reach their goals. Broja is hungry and wants to score with all costs. He wants him to go back and defend with all costs when other teams have the ball.

Yes, he also scored in the friendlies with Barcelona against second and third division teams.

I think Reja likes his strikers to be in the mold of traditional Italian forwards. Physical, hold up play, poachers. Broja is a more modern forward so he doesn’t fit that mold.

It’s why he’s married to strikers like Manaj, Cikaleshi and Balaj. He’ll probably give someone like Vrioni a chance in the future as well since he’s in that mold as well.

It’s the problem with these old coaches. Sometimes the solution is so easy and right in front of your eyes but refuse to adopt.
