Most homophobic? I didn't really get that impression. They mentioned there the people are protected by laws, there is institutional support, but there is a large social stigma which is true.

Compare this to Russia for example. Or Ukraine where they ban Spongebob for promoting homosexuality. Albania is no different than the US was 20-30 years ago with regards to this issue.
I totally agree with you but that's the words of Vice not mine(in terms of Albania being the most homophobic)

If they really cared about the issue they'd make a documentary about gays in Saudi Arabia or Pakistan but they will never because they don't want to be seen as "intolerant". But yet they lash out against a country that legalized same sex. Doesn't make sense.

Is anybody else uncomfortable by the amount of Albanians in the U.S. who like Donald Trump? Or is this just a phenomenon in my area?

That was Vice Greece though, so they do stories around their region.

They see a rich, famous guy talking shit and it seems refreshing. If anyone studied his proposals in detail, they'd see most of them are not only unrealistic but just plain illegal in 30 different ways.

Trump is an "Alpha male". We have a very macho man culture and we tend to be attracted to these type of people. It's why some Albanians like Erdogan. It's why Berisha had influence for so long despite being a moron. Imagine if Vladimir Putin wasn't Russian but Turkish or German?

Albania is also not different from the Southern US 20-30 years from now.

I have to give him props though for quoting Freud, Jung and Adler as opposed to Jesus/Bible or Mohammed/Koran. And he is still more civil in his responses than the Evangelical/Baptist Jesus nuts in the U.S.

Trump is appealing to a lot of people because he is not your typical PC politician and he speaks his mind. That's very refreshing. With Trump you get what you see, unlike let's say Hillary who will say anything to get elected. I like Bernie for that same reason, he speaks his mind and has stayed true to his ideals for over 30 years.

Trump also is representative of the American electorate, all talk and no substance whatsoever.

PD as a party is in major free fall, and their militants are pretending to be outraged at "corruption". The left is even winning most of the counties in the north, that they never won before. It's sad that they have gotten to this point. Basha's and Berisha's approval ratings are at like 25% among the general public.

Rama and Meta can pretty much be as corrupted as they want, since Basha and Berisha are never getting elected at this point. Instead of bringing new faces to PD and re-organizing, all they can do is pull off stunts like this. It's not like Berisha and Basha really give a shit about PD anyhow, why would leave their posts.
