Looks like they set another friendly before the Euros. It's against Ukraine in Italy on June 3rd. Another strong opponent which is good.

Yeah Armando Sadiku is a perfect example, when I hear him speak I just cringe man. Do you have to have that thin a voice?Migjeni wrote:I think southerners speak in a feminine way. Their voices are very thin and it just seems feminine to me. I have this standard-bullshit, to be honest. I've been influenced by it myself, as that's what everyone speaks in TV nowadays. I love how the old schoolers speak gegnisht, would have loved to speak it that way.
That's exactly what I mean. I don't know whether it's the dialect or what the reason is, but it seems to be a specific case with the southern part of our country.Erik wrote:Yeah Armando Sadiku is a perfect example, when I hear him speak I just cringe man. Do you have to have that thin a voice?
I was honestly about to say the same before but I didn't want to sound like an ass. Maybe the Northern Albanians and former Yugo Albanians have more testosterone naturally because of their environments? All my family are loud(I can hear them from a mile away) and the men sound like they about to fight someone as they all have deep thick voices.Migjeni wrote:I think southerners speak in a feminine way. Sadiku is from Elbasan, not a Southerner by definition. Southerners from Tepelene/Vlore have some of the thickest accents in all of Albania. The more civilized the people (Korce, Gjirokaster, Berat) the softest the accent is.Erik wrote:Yeah Armando Sadiku is a perfect example, when I hear him speak I just cringe man.
