Maccabi as a club sportively is not bad, they play in Champions League regularly and have had some pretty good players on their books (for top wages) but it's a dead end. You aren't going to progress your career there unless you do insanely well so for Manaj to seek a pay packet there at 24 would be depressing. I think that neither Aguero or Depay will stay at Barca so we will see if Manaj gets his opportunity there, as a player on cheap wages he makes sense

Even if Manaj, Aguero and Depay all leave Manaj still doesn’t have a future at Barcelona. When will you guys learn he’s a fraud. He should be thankful if Maccabi is offering a decent contract. Better than what ever the Spanish Third Division is offering.

So you want him to be in a La Liga team just for the sake of it? What about play time?
Maybe Manaj could make the 25 men roster of a Cadiz or a Granada but they clearly don't guarantee play time and it will be like Sadiku in La Liga which was pretty bad and you could say ended his career.
In Israel at least he would get play time but even there it's not guaranteed because as you say, Maccabi is actually not that bad. His competition there could be some fast Africans who can dribble.
Not everyone is built for top 4 leagues. Some are made for lower tier: Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, etc. It is what it is.

We all want Albanians to play for the best and do well but some fans have insane unrealistic expectations.

Sadiku had a career-changing injury. But I think Manaj has a different profile. He can be a bit of a donkey on the pitch at times but he's a strong brave work-horse with more technique than he gets credit for. And for all that talk he gives about wanting to compete etc I'd at least like to see him fight for a role at a LaLiga team. He is young yet to be going to Israel and not at least giving the top leagues another try, however I don't see this as likely anyway that he will agree to go to Israel just for higher pay but knowing him it could happen.

Some straight up player hating here. Manaj is Messi's successor. This is what he posted on insta

This is not the same Manaj we knew. He was tutored personally by the greatest player to ever play this game. We have to be able to let players grow especially someone who's only in his early/mid 20s.
