Albania will have 11 players in top 4 leagues for the upcoming season.
Remains to be seen what happens with Manaj.
Then you have a bunch of others like Muci, Uzuni, Xhaka, etc who play for the best teams in their leagues.
Albania is actually looking very professional.
I love that the highest praise is simply them being "professional". Such a high bar

Honestly at international level that's all you need to qualify and be competitive.
Albania's achilles heel has always been the fact that we had too many "amateurs" and very few top 4 league players. Albania improved a lot when Mavraj(Bundesliga level) and Hysaj(Serie a) joined the team. That's not a coincidence.

Looks like Ismaijli to Empoli. They seem to really be high on him.
Roshi to Boluspor in the Turkish First Division. He had a good NT career but his time is up

I cannot wait to see Broja playing in the EPL. Young man has the chance to make us all proud by scoring some big goals against the best teams in the world.
It will not be easy, as even an experienced striker like Aleksandar Mitrovic only found the back of the net 3 times in roughly 1400 minutes last year. The Serb had registered 26 goals in the championship the previous season.
Time to see what Broja is really made of.

I was interested to see Muci against Dinamo Zagreb but not surprisingly, he's benched again. Maybe he needs to start scoring hat tricks.

If he can get 5-10 goals playing consistent mins then that’s a fantastic year for someone his age .

He's the reason this tie was even competitive. On paper DZ's team is worth 5x more than Legia.

Dinamo Zagreb is always in the euro cups. If it's not CL then it's EL.
Which makes Skenderbeu eliminating them even more impressive.

Dinamo was kind of bad that year, I think they didn't win the league that year? But anyways that was super impressive and Skenderbeu didn't even win the Superliga (Kukesi won). Just goes to show what some professionalism and confidence will do. They kept their core together through the years (unlike all albanian teams) and had massive experience going through years and years of qualifying. The stage wasn't too big for them.
Opposite of these current Albanian teams. Every year Albanian teams have excuses and always get crushed by teams they're supposed to lose to. Partizani didn't even bother putting up a fight against Basel, Vllaznia was expecting a loss against a Cypriot team, Teuta is just happy to collect prize money. Albanian teams have the mentality that they're the underdogs so they always play timid and scared.
