Asllani getting 12mins , on for Bajrami to secure the result. Think we may found another good player !
Looks like a pressing midfielder with high energy and defensively was in the high midfield role. Kinda looked like an Abrashi midfielder. Didn't get much touches as they were playing very defensive to hold the league when he came on. Doesn't seem like he's a traditional holding midfielder (ie - Kukeli). Hopefully, he gets more time and Empoli gives young players lots of chances.
Empoli got some nice young talent though. That midfielder Ricci had a hella strike from deep.

I don't think he's an Abrashi type, more of your typical CM. I've seen him score a few goals for the youth teams.

Empoli has always been elite at producing players. And they always play nice attacking football too.

If anyone is watching the Lazio-Roma derby right now I can see why Reina is starting. What a keeper even at his age. Strakosha really needs to find a new club, even a low table Serie A club where he can start could relaunch his career.

Reina is still an amazing gk.
^^^ Nice build up leading to that Selahi goal. Selahi looked average for the NT but he could still be an alternative. It's crazy how nearly all the Albanian CMs are all so similar. Shorties and not the strongest physically.. Including this Asllani kid too.

Would 100% prefer him over Doka.
